The Transfusion Training Hub celebrates its 1st birthday!

Since the Transfusion Training Hub was launched in April 2024, there have been over 32,000 visits to the site, mainly from the UK, however it has also reached many other countries such as the US, India, Greece and the Netherlands. Feedback from users is encouraging and as the Hub goes from strength to strength, and more resources are added, we continue to promote the use of this useful, versatile, free resource.

IMPORTANT: All content on the eLearning for Health (eLfH) platform will be moving to the Learning Zone during October 2025. Access to Blood Transfusion Training and some other NHS Blood and Transplant modules will be disrupted.

The 2025 Undergraduate Medical Degree Transfusion Medicine Survey was developed in collaboration with the T2024 Education Working Group, NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT) Patient Blood Management Consultants, and the UK and Ireland Blood Transfusion Network (UK&I BTN).
