We have been made aware of a technical issue affecting the blood transfusion shared care communication form. The shared‑care blood transfusion communication form was developed and is owned by the National Blood Transfusion Committee (NBTC) Shared Care Working Group with input from SHOT.
The patient working group is a brand new initiative within the NE&Y RTC.
