The Transfusion 2024 team has been actively engaged in a range of projects aimed at enhancing patient safety and supporting our scientific and clinical workforce. As Transfusion 2024 transitions into Transfusion Transformation, we remain committed to implementing findings from the Infected Blood Inquiry, working closely with stakeholders, including patients and the public, to deliver key quality improvements. Transfusion 2024

Target for 2024/25 reached

The project had a target of 30 hospitals live with Fetal RhD electronic requesting and reporting by the end of the 2024/25 financial year.

We are pleased to announce that we now have 35 sites live, 27 on Winpath Enterprise LIMS and 8 on EPIC EPR.
