Developing and Elevating the TP Role: From Reflection to Action

In this video, we’ve brought together all four webinars introducing the Professional Development Framework for Transfusion Practitioners (TPs) into one comprehensive session. Whether you’re watching for the first time or returning to explore the content again, these webinars were created to provide a detailed overview of the framework and to show how its development, through collaboration with the TP workforce will hopefully reflect the evolving nature of the TP role.

By working together, we ensure the framework supports Transfusion Practitioners-not only in their current roles but also as the profession continues to grow and adapt in the future. This resource is here to guide your understanding of the framework, and your engagement is required to shape the final framework document.
