NBTC and NHSBT have collaborated to create an FAQ document for Transfusion Laboratory colleagues about the blood requirements for solid organ transplant donors who will undergo Normothermic Regional Perfusion (NRP) prior to transplantation.

This FAQ document is to support hospital colleagues following a letter from NHSBT's Associate Medical Director for retrieval in May 2026.
